Refund Policy

La Patisserie Varte

At La Patisserie Varte, each order is handmade with care, using fresh ingredients and lots of time and effort to ensure everything is perfect for you.

 

 

Payments

Full payment is required at the time of ordering to confirm your booking.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if there is a genuine issue with your order that is due to a fault on my part.

If a refund is approved, only 50% of the total order amount will be refunded. The remaining 50% is non-refundable as it covers the cost of ingredients, preparation time, and other expenses already incurred in making your order.

Once an order has been collected or delivered and has left my premises, I cannot be held responsible for any damage, storage issues, or mishandling.

As all items are freshly made and perishable, refunds cannot be given for changes of mind or personal taste preferences.

 

After Collection/Delivery

If you experience an issue after collection or delivery, I’ll be happy to offer guidance or advice to help resolve the problem where possible. However, refunds cannot be issued at this stage.
