1. How far in advance should I order?
We recommend booking at least 10 days in advance, especially for custom orders. Last-minute orders may be accepted depending on availability.
2. Can I customise my cupcakes?
Absolutely! You can choose your colours, themes, and message for toppers when ordering through our website.
3. Do you offer delivery or collection?
I currently offer delivery and collection from Noak Hill. Delivery is depending on location.
4. How should I store my cupcakes?
Cupcakes are best stored in a cool, dry place (not in the fridge). They’re freshest when eaten within 2–3 days of collection/delivery.
5. Do you cater for allergies?
My cupcakes are made in a domestic kitchen where allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts are present. Please contact me before ordering if you have any allergies — I’ll do my best to advise safely.
6. Do you make vegan or gluten-free cupcakes?
At the moment, I don’t offer vegan or gluten-free cupcakes, as all my bakes contain standard ingredients like eggs, dairy, and gluten. I hope to offer alternative options in the future!
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before collection/delivery. The deposits (50%) is non-refundable.
8. Do you offer bulk or event orders?
Yes! I can cater for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and corporate events. Head to our Event orders page on our website to get a quote.
