Hiya, I’m Summer, the founder and baker behind La Patisserie Verte. I started my small baking business in 2020 with a passion for creating beautiful, delicious treats that people can truly enjoy.

What began as a love for baking quickly grew into a business known for our signature fluffy cupcakes – light, soft, and perfectly sweet.

Alongside our cupcakes, we create a range of indulgent baked goods including chunky cookies, fudgy brownies, school cakes, and other homemade favourites. 

Our brand is inspired by the elegance and charm of Paris - delicate, pretty, and a little bit luxurious. Every bake is made with care, creativity, and attention to detail, combining comforting flavours with a touch of sophistication.

From the very beginning, my goal has been simple: to make delicious creations that not only taste amazing but also feel special.
